Complementing the West Sydney motorway infrastructure to the M7 Westlink, these construction contracts include the construction and duplication to 4 lanes along Cowpasture Rd at Green Valley and Horningsea Park. The scope of works includes twin bridge construction over Hinchinbrook Creek, drainage control design; new traffic signalisation; three major culverts; intersection upgrades and noise wall construction. Traffic management plans and their implementation were integral to these contracts as the recent development of housing and business infrastructure in this area has resulted in a substantial increase in motor vehicle usage in the area.
