Goulburn Valley Highway, Victoria
The construction of 27kms of highway duplication over two stages incorporating both single and dual carriage way including; nine bridges, major drainage structures, construction of architecturally designed rest area buildings, extensive landscaping and the design and construction of 26kms of access and local roads.

Part of the larger Goulburn Valley duplication project was the construction of a Rest Area at Arcadia. The architectural design was developed in recognition of fallen World War II soldiers. The interesting architectural design was shown to include a toilet area composed of 7 cylindrical off-white concrete structures, steel structures composed of angled decorative columns, feature colour bond roof cladding, decorative brickwork, exposed aggregate concrete footpaths, a unique memorial plinth structure, and a BBQ area displaying a feature steel structure.
