Mordialloc Creek Bridge, Victoria
Design and construction of the replacement bridge over the Mordialloc Creek on the Nepean Highway in Victoria. Work involved the replacement of the existing 2 lane, 4 span old concrete bridge, with a wider bridge so to provide 4 traffic lanes plus shared pedestrian/bike paths on both sides of the bridge and new road approaches. Construction staging and traffic management was very complex and considerable as this highway is a major link between Melbourne and the Mornington Peninsula.
