Safety & Noise Reduction
The modern demands for safe traffic management and an environment that has regard for nearby residents has placed demands on road designers to provide both safe passage and surrounding noise reduction from traffic flows. Adapting to this need the Company has been extensively involved in constructing Safety Devices of the concrete, steel guard fence and wire rope type on the: Eastern Freeway Western Ring Road Western Highway Bass Highway and Noise Reduction Facilities at: Bass Highway South Gippsland Highway Geelong Ring Road Pacific Highway Cowpasture Road In concert with the above we have also had considerable involvement in the installation of intersection improvements and upgrades involving public lighting, new traffic control devices such as traffic lights, variable message speed indicators, CCTV security systems and incident management controls.
